What you send us. If you write to us or sign up for anything, we hold what you put in the message — usually a name and an email address.

How the site is used. We collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser and records things like the pages you open, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you are on. It is aggregated, and we use it to understand which parts of the site are useful.

The site uses cookies for the analytics described above. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works without them.

We rely on your consent for analytics, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site and in answering the messages you send us.

When you book a table or a room, you are handed over to an outside provider that processes your booking on its own systems and under its own privacy policy. Please read theirs before you book.

Our analytics provider, and the suppliers who host this site and carry our email. We never sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Messages, for as long as we need them to deal with what you asked and to keep a record. Analytics data, for the period set in Google Analytics, after which it is deleted.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask us to send it elsewhere. Write to info@grupocoma.pt and we will act on it.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
